About Feel Good Nutrition Lab
Personalized, research‑based Philly nutritionist providing nutrition counseling that’s centered on your bloodwork, symptoms, and genetics that will help you feel better without rigid rules or restrictions.
Hi, I’m Alex.
I have a background in education, personal training, and lived experience with chronic health issues.
I help people reconnect with their bodies, feel better in their daily lives, and build sustainable habits that support long‑term health — without rigid rules or restrictions.

How I Got Here
Before I landed in the world of nutrition, I spent a decade working in education — helping people grow into the version of themselves they wanted to be. That background in teaching and service continues to shape everything I do.
Like many people, I found my way to nutrition out of necessity. For years, I experienced a mix of symptoms that sent me to doctors’ offices and even the ER, only to be told I was “fine” — or at least fine enough that nothing more could be done. Eventually, my body hit a breaking point, and I began having panic attacks.
I started experimenting with small changes — cutting caffeine, trying to exercise more — and even tiny improvements felt like a big deal. Eventually, I sought out a nutritionist for more support and, long story short, discovered I had a long-undiagnosed autoimmune condition.
I thought that was the finish line — but even with a diagnosis, I still didn’t feel great. So I kept experimenting with food, supplements, and daily habits. That’s when I truly felt the link between what I was eating and how I was feeling. I had known it before — but not in the visceral way I did now.
Strength Is Part of the Story
My healing journey also led me to become a certified personal trainer. I wanted to understand how movement could support not just my health, but my confidence. I fell in love with teaching people how to feel strong and powerful in their bodies and in their lives.
Now, I bring that same energy into my nutrition work: helping clients build strength from the inside out, with flexible routines that support their goals and their real life.
My Work Today
After years of training and a master’s degree, I now support people through personalized 1:1 nutrition counseling that blends science, lived experience, and deep listening. Whether you’re navigating gut issues, hormonal shifts, fatigue, or just want to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to help you figure out what works best for you.
